NHS reform: Sir David Nicholson said the service was on high alert

The head of the NHS Sir David Nicholson has said the whole service is on "high alert" as it prepares for massive re-organisation.

But despite the scale of the change, which Sir David believes is the biggest in its history, he is still able to sleep well at night.

He spoke to the BBC's Branwen Jeffreys.
