Cancer patient: 'I stopped chemotherapy'
Breaking bad news to someone is one of the hardest things to do and many doctors frequently have to do it as part of their job.

Along with Dr Mandy Barnett, a palliative care specialist, Kate discusses the best way doctors can talk to patients about a difficult diagnosis, and her decision to stop chemotherapy.
