Government promises 'legal highs' crackdown
David Cameron is promising a further crackdown on so-called 'legal highs'.
They are drugs not intended for human consumption but can be legally sold, and include Methox-etamine which has been linked to the deaths of two people in Leicestershire.
Chris Buckler reports on the popularity of the drug, and - using secret filming - shows how easily it can be bought for personal use.
