Stress is number one cause of long term sick leave

A survey has found that stress is now the number one cause of long-term absence from work.

Two-fifths of employers reported an increase in mental health problems amongst workers, according to the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.

Adam in Withdean told Radio 5 live's Your Call programme why he had to take time off from work after having an accident earlier this year.
