Measles outbreak prompts vaccination plea

Parents in England and Wales are being urged to get their children vaccinated after a massive increase in cases of measles in the first three months of the year.

The Health Protection Agency has recorded more than 300 cases so far this year, with the outbreak linked to an epidemic in France.
