Statins may not be as effective as previously thought
Statins, one of the world's biggest selling drugs taken to lower cholesterol and avoid heart problems may not be as effective as first thought.
New research by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine questions whether the drugs do help people with no history of heart disease.
