Poor exercise 'not obesity cause'

Government campaigns warn children are getting fatter because of more sedantry lifestyles.

But one study is now saying that lack of exercise does not make children fat. Terry Wilkin, the report's author, explains the new information in this week's Health Check from the BBC World Service.
