Artist Sir Peter Blake is well known for his work as a British Pop Artist with his paintings of pop icons from Marilyn Monroe to Elvis Presley.
Blake is now exhibiting his portraits for the first time in a new exhibition that will show as yet unseen paintings of Helen Mirren and fashion designer Paul Smith.
The centre-piece of the exhibition is a three-panelled Elvis Shrine: Portraits, Landscapes or Still Lives that Sir Peter has been working on for over 20 years, which features Elvis busts, portraits and memorabilia.
Blake spoke to BBC News about how he creates his portraits.
