3 September 2014 Last updated at 12:20 BST

Justin Bieber has been arrested and charged with assault and dangerous driving following an incident in Ontario, Canada.

Police say his vehicle collided with a minivan, after which a "physical altercation" took place

It is understood the development could complicate the 20-year-old singer's probation in Los Angeles, where he has already pleaded guilty to charges of careless driving and resisting arrest.

Constable Kees Wijnands from Perth County Ontario Provincial Police spoke to members of the press outside Mr Bieber's home.
