Dutch singer Mr Probz tops UK singles chart with Waves
Dutch rapper-turned-singer Mr Probz has gone straight to number one on the UK singles chart with his tune Waves.
Real name Dennis Princewell Stehr, Mr Probz has sold 127,000 copies of the song, which is his debut UK release.
He is the latest Dutch artist to top the UK singles chart following Bingo Players, Martin Garrix and Nicky Romero, who all scored hits last year.
Last week's number one, Canadian singer Kiesza's deep house anthem Hideaway, has dropped to number two.
London production duo Sigma are at number three with Nobody To Love, a dance reworking of Kanye West's Bound 2.
US soul singer John Legend is at four with All Of Me and Cash Cash complete the top five with Take Me Home.
New entries include DJ Cassidy at number six with Calling All Hearts, featuring Robin Thicke and Jessie J, and girl group Neon Jungle at seven with Welcome To The Jungle.
On the albums chart, Scottish singer-songwriter Paolo Nutini has kept the top spot for a second week with his third album Caustic Love.
John Legend's Love In The Future has climbed to number two, boy band The Vamps' Meet The Vamps is in third place and Paloma Faith is at number four with her third album A Perfect Contradiction.
Australian rapper Iggy Azalea has scored the week's highest new entry with The New Classic at number five.
