Britpop memories: Gaz Coombes and Sophie Ellis-Bextor

Twenty years ago, Britpop emerged and reignited the British music scene. Bands like Blur, Supergrass, Pulp and Oasis stormed into the UK charts.

To celebrate this milestone, the BBC is looking back at this period in British music history.

Supergrass front man Gaz Coombes and theaudience singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor spoke to radio presenter Jo Whiley about their memories of Britpop.
