Noah attracts criticism from religious groups

28 March 2014 Last updated at 09:46 GMT

One of the year's most controversial films is the biblical epic Noah starring Oscar winning actor Russell Crowe.

It has opened in some parts of the world but it is banned in several areas of the Middle East with complaints that it contradicts the teachings of Islam.

It has also been criticised by Jewish and Christian groups for straying from the biblical text.

Tom Brook reports from New York.
