Grimm's Fairy Tales 'full of sex and violence'

6 August 2013 Last updated at 09:05 BST

It is 200 years since Grimm's Fairy Tales were first published.

The BBC's Berlin correspondent Steve Evans reports.

First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Tuesday 6 August 2013.
