One Direction's waxworks go on tour in New York

You know you have made it in the pop world when a waxwork is made of you, but you know you have really made it when that waxwork goes 'on tour'.

One Direction's international star status has, yet again, been confirmed as their waxy figures go on display at Madame Tussauds in New York.

After a three month residency there, the model boy band will head to Sydney, Australia.
