Tate Liverpool celebrates 25 years since opening


It is 25 years since the opening of Tate Liverpool - the first Tate gallery established outside London.

One of its biggest supporters, former government minister Lord Heseltine said he thought it would help regenerate the city, following riots and years of decline.
