Mary Portas: 'I wish I had been better advised'


Retail guru Mary Portas's review into how to rejuvenate struggling town centres has had mixed reviews.

Questions were also raised over the High Street Innovation Fund, which was part of the government's response to her review of the High Street.

Mary Portas told BBC Radio 5 live's Richard Bacon that she doesn't regret the 'Portas Pilot' scheme to help rejuvenate high streets, but wishes she had been "better advised" before becoming involved.
