The head of HR at the BBC Lucy Adams has said that she is disappointed that a report on behaviour at the corporation has found incidents of bullying.
The Respect At Work review was set up in the wake of the Savile scandal and includes feedback from current and former staff, and unions.
Ms Adams said "even in pressurised environments people should still be behaving with respect to each other" and that high standards of behaviour applied to all staff.
