Treasures of British-Russian diplomacy reveal the art of giving
They were some of the most expensive presents ever exchanged.
Now a collection of some of the works of art given by the royal courts of the Tudor and the Stuarts to the Russian tsars and vice versa have gone on show at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
