Drum and Base musician Goldie speaks to BBC Breakfast about how Yoga has changed his life.

During his career he has also become well known for his art work and acting, appearing in Snatch and the Bond film The World is Not Enough.

The Drum and Base musician is best known as one of the pioneers of electro music after he released his first album over 20 years ago.
