Oscars 2013: Red Carpet glamour
Stars, fans and members of the media are in Hollywood for what is likely to be one of the most unpredictable Academy Awards for years.
Actress Jessica Chastain, who is nominated for her role in Zero Dark Thirty said it was a very "vivid red carpet" at the Dolby Theatre.
Other nominees gathered on the red carpet include, Amy Adams, who is nominated in the supporting actress category for her role in The Master, and Beasts of the Southern Wild star, Quvenzhane Wallis, could become the youngest actress ever to win an Oscar.
