Art Garfunkel to perform in 'next few months'

Art Garfunkel has revealed that he is recovering from vocal cord trouble which halted a tour in 2010.

The singer told BBC Breakfast that he will return to the stage in "the next few months".

"I don't know why one vocal cord got stiffer but I'm so thankful to God that it's mending," he said.

"I sound fully like Artty Garfunkel now," he added.
