Ruby Sparks couples team up for 'double date' project

Real-life couple Zoe Kazan and Paul Dano have teamed up with Little Miss Sunshine husband and wife directors, Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, on a "double date" to make their new film Ruby Sparks.

Kazan - who wrote the script - said it was "strange" to star as Ruby Sparks alongside Dano who plays her love interest. Dano said the project has been "the most intense" experience he has had with a film.
