Katherine Kelly on playing Kenny Everett's wife

After a five year stint as the barmaid Becky MacDonald in Coronation Street, Katherine Kelly left in January and received critical acclaim for her role in She Stoops to Conquer at the National Theatre.

Now she's back on TV, playing the wife of Kenny Everett, Lee Middleton, in a one off BBC programme Best Possible Taste: The Kenny Everett Story.

Katherine Kelly spoke to BBC Breakfast about the 'modern day love story'.
