British actor Damian Lewis wins Emmy for Homeland
British actor Damian Lewis has won an Emmy for best actor in a drama for his performance in Homeland.
The series also picked up three other awards, including best drama and best actress for Claire Danes.
Other British actors were nominated at the awards ceremony in Los Angeles, and the period drama Downton Abbey was the most nominated British show ever.
