David Bowie's 'extraordinary collection' at the V and A
David Bowie is taking centre stage at the Victoria and Albert Museum, by opening his personal archive to the museum's theatre and performance co-curators.
One of them, Geoffrey Marsh, told the World At One that Bowie has an "extraordinary collection".
"There are very few performers who have hung on to their collections," he told Shaun Ley.
He said the exhibition is a great combination of a really important cultural figure and with most of the material coming from the musician's personal archive.
