The Archers: Are the storylines getting too dramatic?
Some fans of the world's longest running radio drama, The Archers, are concerned that the soap has become too dramatic with last's week's cliff-hanger leaving many in shock.
Timothy Bentinck, who has played David Archer for 30 years, told BBC Breakfast he has asked the producers for "racy storylines".
Acting Editor John Yorke said: "Every two and a half, three years you have to raise the stakes a bit".
