Meet The Author Eoin Colfer
Irish author Eoin Colfer has written the eighth book in the Artemis Fowl series and he says it is the last.
He told the BBC's Nick Higham he wanted to "go out with a bang" and "leave the audience wanting more".
The former school teacher explained why he decided to make Artemis Fowl and The Last Guardian the final book of the series.
