My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding dressmaker on new show

The dressmaker from Channel 4's My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding,' Thelma Madine, is about to be put in the spotlight with her own show.

As the creator of some of the series' most eye-catching and outlandish outfits, she wants to help ten girls from the traveller community learn dressmaking.

She said it was her own way of thanking them for her success, and of helping the girls find jobs.

''Women get a raw deal in the travelling community,'' she added.
