Duran Duran on music, One Direction and the Jubilee

Duran Duran have offered advice to One Direction who have started to make a name for themselves in the United States.

The pop band that formed in 1978 told BBC Radio 5 live about their new album, and their Olympic opening ceremony gig.

However, they said they were still "sad" at not being invited to take part in the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

Simon Le Bon and Roger Taylor spoke to Phil Williams, and started off by having a listen to their song Mediterranea.
