Tracey Emin opens new exhibition in her hometown

Controversial artist Tracey Emin is back in her hometown of Margate for her own exhibition at the brand new Turner Contemporary gallery - part of the London 2012 Festival - which has been built with public funds on the seafront.

Margate has fallen on hard economic times in recent years and the new gallery and Emin's support is being seen as a big factor in rejuvenating the seaside resort in Kent.

Tracey Emin has been speaking to the BBC about her new show and her old home.
