Johnny Depp takes on vampire genre
Johnny Depp has walked the black carpet for the premiere of his new film, Dark Shadows, in London's Leicester Square.
Directed by Tim Burton, Depp plays 18th century playboy Barnabas Collins, until he makes the grave mistake of breaking the heart of witch Angelique Bouchard, played by actress Eva Green.
Speaking to the BBC's Lizo Mzimba about taking on the vampire genre, the actor said films like Twilight are "all wonderful", but that he and Burton felt "a 200-year-old dead person should look like a 200-year-old dead person".
