High expectations for The Hunger Games franchise

One of the most eagerly awaited films of the year, The Hunger Games, is set to open in thousands of cinemas around the world.

Hollywood is hoping it will mark the arrival of a powerful new movie franchise.

Tom Brook, from Talking Movies, reports.

Talking Movies is broadcast on BBC World News on Saturday at 13:30 GMT and is repeated on Sunday at 00:30, 07:30 and 20:30 GMT.
