Gary Oldman on Oscar nomination: 'I'm still in shock'
Gary Oldman has received his first Oscar nomination, for his portrayal of George Smiley in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.
The British actor received the news while promoting the film in Berlin, a fact he said was "fitting", given the city's connection to the Cold War and the Karla trilogy.
