London 2012: Sir Paul McCartney in Olympics talks
Sir Paul McCartney is set for talks over a possible role at this summer's London Olympics.
The Beatles legend has revealed to BBC 6 Music that he has a meeting on 20 January to discuss what his role might be.
Speaking at a press conference in London for his new album Kisses On The Bottom on 19 January he said nothing has been confirmed but he has been approached.
He also said that he is considering performing as part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations taking place in early June.
