Greg Dyke gives his verdict on ITV's failing Daybreak

Axed Daybreak presenters Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley spent their last time on the ITV sofa on Monday morning.

Their replacements have not been announced yet.

Radio 5 live's Stephen Nolan asked Greg Dyke, the former Editor in Chief of TV AM and former BBC Director General, what went wrong.

Stephen Nolan broadcasts Friday to Sunday 2200 to 0100 on Radio 5 live.
