Jimmy Savile: 'I invented the disco'
Sir Jimmy Savile has died, in this interview from May 2011 he talks about Top of the Pops and how he came up with the idea of running a disco.
Savile started out as a DJ on BBC Radio 1 and was the first host of Top of the Pops in 1964.
He also appeared on the music show's final edition in 2006.
In this interview he says he was "the very first in the whole world to run a dance to records".
