Evan Rachel Wood on her political internship

Evan Rachel Wood is starring in The Ides of March, a new film directed and co-written by George Clooney about the US political campaign trail.

The star, who plays intern Molly, told the BBC's Tim Masters that the film goes beyond the story's backdrop of American politics.

"It's about the people and honesty and betrayal. There are a lot of surprises in it", she said.

"I don't think it's what people expect. It's not about politics."
