Reaction to Phil Collins' retirement from the music business

British singer and drummer Phil Collins has retired from the music business.

Rolling Stone magazine's John Dioso reacts, telling BBC Radio 5 live: "Phil feels like he's in this bad place... he's ready to give it up."

"There's no denying the artistic worth and the incredible, overwhelming popularity of Phil Collins and Genesis," Dioso tells Rhod Sharp on Up All Night.

"He's sold over 100 million albums by himself and with the band."
