1 in 7 people die without writing their will
Businessman Sir Gerry Robinson, and legal expert Sue Medder, explain to BBC Breakfast the importance of writing a will despite the emotions people have to encounter along the way. In a new series Can't Take It With You, Sir Gerry helps families through the process of writing a will - from what to write, how to write it and most importantly deciding who gets what.
