Nick Park boosts struggling musician's sales

Two weeks ago he was just another musician struggling to carve out a successful career.

But now, Joe Rose has become an internet hit after Nick Park, the creator of Wallace and Gromit, chose his song called 'Plain Song' as one of his Desert Island Discs on Radio 4.

Since the programme was broadcast ten days ago thousands of people have visited his YouTube page and sales of the song have soared.

Matthew Amroliwala spoke to Joe Rose in Sheffield.
