Michael Douglas speaks of throat cancer
Actor Michael Douglas has given his first interview since announcing he has throat cancer.
He was speaking on the Late Show with David Letterman to promote his latest film, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.
He said he had already started treatment and doctors had given him 80% chance of a full recovery.
