Spelbound acrobats train for World Championship glory
Spelbound, the acrobatic group that won Britain's Got Talent 2010, perform in front of a whole new set of judges this weekend as they compete for medals at the Acrobatic World Championships in Poland.
Using a proper gymnastics floor they can pull off even more spectacular stunts than viewers saw them perform on the TV show.
BBC News was given access to one of their training sessions ahead of the competition.
Under no circumstances should you try any of the following stunts at home.
