Michael Gove: Break 'Berlin Wall' in education

Education Secretary Michael Gove has outlined his aim to break down the "Berlin Wall" between state and private schools.

In a speech in London, he insisted English state schools are improving - but can make even more progress by adopting tougher discipline, more specialist teachers and a longer school day.
