A-level results: Face-to-face advice on offer

As teenagers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland have been finding out their A-level results, face-to-face advice has been given to those who are unsure about what to do next.

The head of Outreach at Birmingham City University told the BBC her team had gone into schools and colleges providing a face-to-face presence.

Lynne Holder said the team was used to supporting people with a wide range of backgrounds.
