Burnham accuses Gove of 'failing' on education reforms

Plans to overhaul the way teachers are trained in England and how schools are funded will be set out later as part of the government's education White Paper.

Shadow education secretary Andy Burnham has accused Michael Gove of failing the system, by having "a plan for some children but not all children".
