Ellen MacArthur: Sailing around the world taught me sustainability
Dame Ellen MacArthur says she learnt about sustainability from her experiences sailing around the world.
She told Colin Murray on the BBC Radio 5 live Gabby Logan programme: "Having collected everything I would need for my survival for two and a half months and having to manage it...I had a real idea of the notion of finite."
MacArthur has set up an educational foundation to promote sustainability.
