Michal Stencl: Creating a world class sat-nav firm

"When I was eight," says businessman Michael Stencl, "I was lucky enough to realise what I was going to do with the rest of my life.

"I wanted to make products for people. So I started programming."

He now runs Sygic, which is one of the world's biggest sat-nav companies, from Bratislava in Slovakia.
