Sir Jon Cunliffe voices house debt fears

Bank of England deputy governor Sir Jon Cunliffe has been speaking to the BBC about the risks posed to the UK economy by the amount of debt people are taking on as a result of the booming housing market.

Sir Jon identified prices rising faster than people's incomes as a particular threat, and also said the UK was not building enough new homes.
