Turkey's coal miners demand safety before profit

The Soma mining disaster in May 2014 caused 301 deaths, and there were many calls for mining to be made safer.

Mine disaster victims are now hoping for compensation and justice.

Turkey has very few of its own energy resources, but it does have coal and demand is rising.

Will the pressure for cheaper coal outstrip the needs of workers? Leana Hosea reports.
