Italy: The 'most difficult place' to do business

Trying to grow a business in Italy in the midst of a financial crisis may not seem like the best idea.

But Federico Grom and Guido Martinetti, the two friends behind the Italian gelato company Grom, say their business is growing despite the tough economic conditions and the demands of the state.
